Their story began when they were just 12 years old, meeting in a teen leadership program at the YMCA. Mackenzie wasn’t exactly impressed at first—she thought Bryce was just a troublemaker. We weren’t close back then, and before long, Bryce moved away to Maryland.

But life had other plans. Three years later, on New Year’s Eve, they crossed paths again after Bryce moved back to Wisconsin. This time, things were different. Through mutual friends, they started spending more time together, and before they knew it, they were inseparable.

High school was full of laughter, love, and growing together.

After Mackenzie completed her associate's degree, they decided to take the leap and move in together. Their little apartment was cozy, but it became the place where we built a life—and their bond only grew stronger.

Eventually, they bought our first home, and not long after settling in, Bryce knew it was time. On January 4th, 2025, at Mackenzie’s favorite restaurant, he popped the question—and she said yes! Immediately after he proposed Bryce surprised Mackenzie with a fun engagement celebration, bringing family together from all over.

Now, they can’t wait to start the next chapter of their story with all of you there to celebrate it with them!
